Grinding & Cut Off Wheels

Below are my favorite grinding and cut-off wheels I like and use, updated December 28, 2022.

Dewalt 4 1/2″ Grinding Wheels

Grinding wheels are a necessity for any welder from cleaning up spatter to smoothing out welds.

With a 7/8″ arbor these wheels fit almost any type of grinder out there on the market today.

These wheels also come at an affordable price and will hold up to anything you could use them on.

Cut-off wheels are a useful tool to have whether it’s cutting off a bur or cutting off a piece of metal you need.

You can order these in sets of 10, 25, and 50.

They are priced fairly and will last for whatever you plan to use them on from mild steel to stainless steel.

When you need to smooth out your weld then a Flap Disc wheel is the way to go. With assorted grit types from 40 up to 120.

Works well on mild steel, rust, and stainless steel. It can even be used on wood and plastic as well.

Finally, the price is fair, and are sold in packs of 20 to 40.
